DS160-checkbox technical issue

I am trying to fill ds160 on US point of contact and Information page.. there three things has to fill given name and last name of point of contact and organization name drop down of 'Relationship with you'. Initially I was not aware of point of contact so I selected 'do not know' check box for given name and last name put the organization name and dropdown and moved ahead of other details. Later I want add given name and last name for point of contact, as soon I deselect 'do not know' check box immediately Organization Name field gets blanks and turn check on for 'do not know'. So now its either allowing me to put given name & last name OR Organization Name but not both.
I tried with 3 different browsers as well clearing cache but still does not help.

does anybody encounter this issue? what is solution can anyone please help.
