Got H1 in 2014 cap with employer A and started working.
In mid 2015 stopped working, went back to India and came back on H4 based on spouse's H1.
Found an employer B now, thinking we can do H4 COS to H1 based on 2014 H1.
But B says, only A can do a COS - H4 to H1, they can do only an H1 transfer.
Is this tru ? Can't anyone do a COS - H4 to H1 based on 2014 H1 ?
