Can I go to India with a pending H1B amendment(change of location & client)

I got my H1B through my company A for the client B and location - Atlanta this year. I was working on OPT and now I'm on my H1B. Moreover, my client changed from B to C and my location from Atlanta to Chicago. So my company had filed an H1B amendment which is still pending. Could I travel to India and give my visa interview with my H1B for client B & atlanta - approval and H1B amendment's notice - for client C & chicago? Thank you.
