I was on student visa till oct this year, my H1b has started after that. In the meantime I have changed the company. I have taken the visa staming appointment for it with my old employer by completing the DS-160 form. DS-160 has old employer as a petitioner. Now I have started working at new company and new company has already started the visa transfer process(however it's not completed yet). Do I need to modify the DS160 form so that it will have the new company as a petitioner? If so how can I modify DS-160? thanks in advance for your help.
