Hi,
I am joining a new employer. They have filed my H1B transfer thru premium on 27 Sep 2016. USCIS moved to RFE on 30 Sep 2016. My new employer has submitted the requested documents and USCIS received those on 17 Oct 2016. The status is stuck in 'Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received' since then. Based on my past experience, USCIS generally approves with 2-3 days but mine is stuck for 10 days now. Is there any way to determine any tentative date by which it will get approved or if there is any issue with my application?
