Documents for H1b petition

Hi,

I wanna find a sponsor next year and apply with him for an H1b petition.

I worked for 9 years and I did 1 year of college, I have all the documents that states that I worked for nine years but I only have the college badge with my name, surname and photo and the name of the college.

Do you think that the college badge will be ok for UScis to prove that I attended the college for one year?

Nope, I only did an exam for the first year of college.

You would have to undergo educational evaluation to prove that your 1 Year of education + 9 Years of experience is equivalent to a US bachelors. As for proving that 1 Year Education I doubt the proof you have will suffice, but would advise to work closely with an attorney to understand your options.
