ths is my h4 visa experience at chennai
i was refused visa a couple of months ago based on 212 (a)(4). during that time i submitted a letter from the company that company is providing free accomodation . but they didn't accept that letter. but during last week i submitted 2005 w2 form in accordance with LCA and letter from attorney explaning the facts that company is proving free accomodation aND UTILITIES. consular official was satisfied with 2005 w2 and letter from attorny and granted me visa
