Hi guys,
I am planning to travel to India for my h1b stamping in December. On the way, while coming back from India in January I would like to make a stop at Germany. Therefore, I am applying for a schengen visa. The problem however is that there is close two months waiting period to get an appointment at the German embassy here. I wanted to know if I could book the tickets and fly to India, there after my H1b stamping if I could give the interview at a German consulate and travel to germany on the way back using the Schengen visa i obtained from India. Please let me know if anyone has an idea if this is possible. Thanks!
