Rfe response with premium processing

Rfe recvd on 28 th sep on h1b
Rfe responded on 28 oct and upgraded to premium processing.
Today we checked status and it says your request for premium processing services was recvd and recipt notice mailed
Can somebody pls tell me what does it mean ???
Does it mean that rfe responce recvd and approved ??
Do they need more evidence??
Or the case is approved ???
Or they process premium processing and did not notice rfe response??

It means they have received the request for premium processing and they have started working on the request.
