How to get my H1B Back which got cancelled @ port of entry?
My employer cancelled my visa.Just wanted to know can i still transfer my visa to other employer?
I heard only within 3 months after cancellation we need to transfer is it true? I am not sure when My employer cancelled my visa.
Looks like i got 5 years BAN, want to confirm is it for only H1B visa's or is it applicable for all type of visa's like B1,or F1?
One more thing to mention When I spoke with law firm they told me I can apply for visa before 5 years by following "Nonimmigrant INA212D3A waiver" process.Just wanted to know abt this process.
Is there any bad remarks when i try for visa again before my 5 yrs BAN gets over?I heard it may turn into lifetime BAN if they won't convince my answers is it true?
USCIS responded in email that i can reapply for my visa any time does it mean before my 5 yrs ban can i apply for visa?Or is my visa still valid?
Incase After 5 yrs is there any way to use my current cancelled visa?(without going lottery system?)
Is there any way to remove my cancelled visa from my passport?My current passport going to expire in 2017.

Your description is quite vague. How did you travel all the way until port of entry to figure out your visa has been cancelled ? Can you explain your scenario ? Chronological sequence of dates with associated actions would help establish a timeline.

Firstly I have applied my H1b from company A and they have send me all the documents for my visa in Feb 2016 and I attend the interview in Hyderabad and got my visa approved.

Then I was travelling to usa in March 2016 at Chicago Airport port of entry they have stopped me and went to secondary screening and I spoke to the officer and told my employers company name is A and located in this location.
Then he asked me where will I work then I told him my client is Y and I will first go to my employer A and then pick my laptop and then will join client Y.
Then the officer tried reaching my employer address in Google and latter tried to call them.
When officer called my Employer Company A the IVR spelled out a different company B which is my the sister company of A but then officer told why would company B expect you and then he tried to reach out my Client Y then he found out there were not expecting me.
Then they reached my employer company A and then one of the manager told they were expecting me to join but officer was not convinced and told me that he has cancelled my visa and gave me a 5 years ban.

Then latter I contacted uscis and informed them my situation and told the my Employer A has a right address where he is paying all the leases and active i business then they told me that I can reapply for my visa anytime.

At present I am looking for help so that I can get few answers

my resume shows project client location USA. CBP officer asked you are not in USA for these dates why did you mentioned in a resume.

I have explained this is my project client location and working from offshore also i have been worked few projects onsite n offshore but never listen what I am explaning.

Finally CBP officer revoked and banned my H1b visa for 5 years.

Attend the visa interview afresh with B's approved petition.

Hi, How did they get your resume? from petition or from your mobile/laptop?

and do you mean entry ban or visa cancelled? if it's just visa which is cancelled then you can try to re-stamp with B's petition. It's suggestion only and not a legal advice.
