H1b petition approved; planning to go in L2

I have an approved H1b (valid for 1 yr) petition through my current employer. My husband has got his L1 individual petition also approved. Both are yet to be stamped.
I am planning to travel on L2 visa to US (dependent of my husband) . Have couple of queries

1. When I go for L2 visa stamping, will the approved H1B petition be revoked?
2. After working for couple of years in USA (in L2), can I applying for cap exempt H1B (current petition is valid for one year)?
