My case was selected in this years lottery. I got laid off in the month of August. I got a I797C receipt notice from my lawyer.
My case shows still pending on the USCIS website. I have EAD card and is valid till July 2017. I am on Stem OPT right now.
Now, I am employed with another employer. Is it possible that I can take advantage of the receipt notice I have and get it transferred with the new employer.
