I will really appreciate if you can help me with the question below:
I currently have EB1 EAD/AP while my I 140 and I 485 have not been approved yet. We have valid H status till next July. I know if my wife starts working on the EAD then she will lose her H4 status. If some negative action happens on my EB1, will my wife be out of status? If so, what is the procedure to get her back in H4 status and how much time does it take? Will she need to leave the country?
