Applying for H4 when changing companies
Hi,
I hold a valid H1B in US and my spouse is at India waiting to apply for her H4.
Currently work for company A and Iam going to shift to company B by end of April. When my wife is applying for H4 in India, she is suppose to give the I797 form details and details on where she is going to live. Will it cause any issues if she gives information on my current I797 (company A) and then go for the interview with details on my new I797. We are forced into this situation becos the dates are available in Channai, India only in september.
This is very urgent information that I need. Please revert back to me and any information will be really useful for us.
