H4 VISA - finger print problem

Hi Guys,
I am working in US on H1 Visa and my wife has applied for H4 visa. But she is not getting VISA because her left hand index finger print is not clear.
It seems that will remain like that.
So my question is that if she does not get her finger print clear then she can not get H4 VISA. Is there any wayaround for such problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
