Hello,
Due to family emergency my family will be travelling to India for 1 month. I will be travelling India on paid/unpaid leave later for 1-2 months. However, because my daughter's school, my family needs to return USA before I could make it. I will be working on same project and my apartment would be still there. This travel would be for few days in India.
The question is, Can H4 dependent return USA before H1 holder? Is there will be any issues at port of entry? Is it allowed to do so?
