Do I need to cancel previous H1-B petition before processing new petition?

Hi,

I have a H1-B petition approval valid from April-2004 till Jan-2007 from employer A. I had gone to Chennai for stamping on 10Jan2006, and got 221-g. Now, I have another employer B who is going to file my fresh H1-B petition in April2006.

Will there be any problem in the new H1-B petition approval and subsequent stamping?

ANd i have one question to Rajesh :
How can we be sure that the VO does not issue a 221g this time?? they can find out enuf reasons to issue a 221g , if not one then another!!!
