My spouse is working in USA since 6 months with valid H1B visa. And i am currently in USA.

Recently i heard that H4 dependent also can work , if spouse get a new job in USA company.

Is it true?

No. Unless your spouse has approved I140 you can't work. If she has approved I140 then you have to apply for H4 EAD in order to work.
