H1B Visa Drop Box Eligibility

Hi Guys,

I need help to check if i am eligible for my H1B DropBox.

I had my Previous H1b Visa got stamped from Employer A in Hyderabad, INDIA on Mar 2015 valid until Dec 2017.
I transferred to employer B on July 2016 and got my New I797 approved, valid until Apr 2019.

I am travelling to Hyderabad, INDIA again in Jan 2017. Do i need to schedule a Visa appointment for my new H1B or am i eligible for Drop Box.

I have another question, I kind of already scheduled my appointment on Jan 9th.

Can i go ahead and Cancel this and go for drop box.

If I Can, should it be Reschedule or Cancel appointment.
