Queries Regarding H1B Approved petition

I am having the below 2 queries regarding my approved H1B petition.
I am having a approved H1B petition for 3 years. Can someone please clarify my 2 questions below?

1) In my approved petition the passport number was my old passport number which was active at the time of applying this but now i got my passport re-issued because my old passport was expired. My Question is will it create a problem during stamping because now my passport number has changed.

2) If i go for H1b transfer with a new employer (a new cap exempt H1b petition), will it create any problem due to old passport number mentioned in my approved petition.

Any reply on this will be highly appreciable.
