L2 without EAD to H1b

Hi Members,

My h1b had got picked in lot this year beginning and before the petition was approved My husband had got his L1 and I moved to US on L2. My petition got approved recently and now is there a possibility of a premium Change of Status for this case or I have to travel to India to get the stamping done ?

Yes , your employer can file a premium COS from L2 to H1.
