Primary Applicant name correction in Dependent visa

Hi,
After receiving my son's stamped visa, I noticed that Primary Application Name in visa is not matching with my name, my middle name is missing. I also realized that the actual mistake was done while filling the DS-160 form.

Please let me know, how to correct PA information. Do I have to submit a new DS-160 form and how much time it will take in the whole process?

Here is an update.

I received an email reply from consulate support team, asking soft copy of dependent and my visa copy of i-797. I submitted these documents. Now, six days are passed. I haven't received any reply from them. On call support team is saying that we have escalated your issue to embassy and embassy is going through my request. Even after six days nobody is reply on my issue. How I can directly contact embassy team. Is there any way to contact them? any email or call. I just want to bypass consulate support team.
