H1 Visa first time stamping in Canada - non technical background

Hi All,

I did my MBA in the U.S but I started working as a Software Developer Consultant. Now I'm working fulltime for a U.S based Healthcare Company for more than 2 years now. I'm planning to go for stamping in Canada in January 2017. Will there be any issues with my non technical background at the time of visa interview? Is it safe to go to Canada for stamping at this state?

Please advise if anyone has any suggestions. I really appreciate it.
