H1B : Apply on Indian Passport but travel on British Passpor

Hi,
This is Sreekanth from London,

I am currently on Indian Visa willing to apply H1B in Apr'2017 (through my company) , but I am going to get my British Passport/citizenship by Oct of 2017.

Is it possible to apply H1B on Indian passport first, and once the application is picked up in the lottery, go to the interview with british passport and get the visa stamped on British passport (due to change of citizenship) ?

Its a question of change of Citizenship during the H1B application is in Progress

Just want to know if there is a way to update our passport or citizenship info during H1B application is in-progress

Any information is much appreciated
