Hi,
I was in US from 2011 to 2013 on H1B. I had to resign and come back to India due to my health issues. My employer said he will terminate my VISA. However, i am not sure if it is terminated / revoked. Now, i would like to check if i can get my H1B transferred to my employer in India.
Here are additional details:
1. Initial I797 was approved for approved for 2011 Feb - 2011 Dec. Traveled to US in May 2011
2. One renewal in Dec 2011 in USA and the approval was till Dec 2012
3. Resigned Employer A in June 2012 and got H1 transferred to Employer B in June 2012. Approval was from June 2012 - June 2013
4. Resigned employer B and had to come back to India.
Can someone take a look and let me know below details
1. How can i know exact status of my VISA. Also, If i can my transfer my visa to my employer in India.
