I was going thru new portability rule. It says approved I 140 can not be revoked.(If approved more than 6 months). With that effective from Jan 2016. My I-140 is approved and priority date is Dec 2014. Currently I am working in USA with USA employer. In case I leave this company and go back to India. my I-140 and application still in queue. After 5 years in case I managed to get employer who can file labor and perm I still eligible to get GC? Is it that way or am I over simplifying it ?
