Hi ,
My name is Anup and I live in Singapore. My US H1B for 2016-17 went through lottery and USCIS requested for RFE.
My RFE response was due for submission by 23rd September 2016 and due to some internal confusion and delay my RFE was submitted by my employer on the last day ie, (23rd Sept 2016).
It has been more than 3 months now, I still haven't received a response for USCIS case. The status on the USCIS website still says "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received"
Is it a cause to be concerned?
Is it normal for USCIS to delay the RFE response?
and, could the delay in response be of the delayed submission of RFE?
Also, please let me know if there is a way to follow up on my case?
