Regarding H1 B Visa
Can you please suggest on the below:-
Q1. Currently I am staying in India. CompanyA filed my H1B, it got approved in Dec2015 and visa got stamped in Nov 2016. But companyA unable to place me in any project in US. So what are the different options that I have to travel to US and work there?
Q2. Currently I am staying in India. CompanyA filed my H1B, it got approved in Dec 2015 and visa got stamped in Nov 2016. But companyA unable to place me in any project in US. So can I transfer my H1B to CompanyB from India itself? If H1B got approved thru CompanyB do I need to go for Stamping again?
Q3. Currently I am staying in India. CompanyA filed my H1B, it got approved in Dec 2015 and visa got stamped in Nov 2016. But companyA unable to place me in any project in US. But my wife is working in US on H1B, so can I travel to US thru H4 and transfer my H1B to CompanyB after visiting US? For this what are the prerequisites.
And also do I need to go for stamping for H4?
