    H1/h4EAD

    Hello
    I am currently in 4th year of my H1B an want to switch to H4EAD.
    1) how long will it take currently to change to H4 EAD and how to seemlessly do the transfer without loss of work status?
    2) Is there a way for me to tansfer my H1 to different company while H4 EAD is in process?
