Hi Folks,
I got H1B in 2014 cap , validity of I 797B was till sep 2015 , in that duration i was worked for 1 month in USA.After that my visa got expired.
My visa expired almost 1 yr 3 months ago, now i am planning to transfer my visa to another employer , same time looking for renewal also.
Is there any possibility to do Renewal & Transfer?
If it is possible let me know the process.
