Applying H1b from uae for indian citizen

I am an Indian citizen working in UAE, planning to apply for H1 visa from here, Does that make any difference in comparison to applying from India? Any higher chances of approval? Kindly assist.

How long have you been working in UAE? Generally it is recommended to have the first stamping done in home country.

prior to that i have total experience from India around 10 years.

You can seek guidance from the US consulate in UAE if you can attend interview there. They my oblige. It is recommended to have the first time stamping in home country.
