H4 stamping

I am on a H4 visa.my husband changed his job so i have a new valied I-797 till dec 2006.I am planning to go to india in june so i want to know if i need to go for stamping'

Not mandatory if your old H4 visa stamped on the passport is valid, and if you are able to carry all papers regarding his present employment for production at the Port of Entry to the Immigration Officers there.
