Hi Experts,
My Wife is on H1B and was working in USA till October 2016 with Employer A.
She applied for Visa transfer with a new employer B and before getting approved i797 she went to India.
She got i797 approval(for New employer B) while in India and resigned from Employer A.
Went for Visa Stamping with new employer but got 221G and now she is stuck.
She still has visa stamped on her passport with old employer(A) till 2018. Can she travel back to US on valid visa with old employer A if they are ready to hire her back for same client at same position.
Do the old employer need to file the petition again and she has to go through the whole process of stamping again?
Do we need to withdraw the new petition(with employer B) with 221g before we proceed for it?
