Hi All
I would really appreciate your insight on my situation. I received an offer from a companyB and they will start the LCA Application and H1B transfer now, in a few days. I joined the current Company A just last week, but I want to move to company B since, I am not comfortable with the work profile in company A. Hence, please help in the below queries I have:
1. With the new H1B minimum wage bill news today, what will be the effect of the LCA Application and H1B transfer in my case? Can the H1B transfer go through successfully now? Taking into consideration, it takes a month for the entire process to go through?
2. Since I joined the Company A o 01/23/2017 and I dont have a paystub yet. The Pay cycle is semi-monthly, but I am not sure if I will get a paystub this week since this is the first pay cycle? What should I do in such case?
I am really worried after reading all the news today. I am in desperate need to change to company B. Your help and insights is appreciated.
