My employer filed my I 539 for me and my dependents (wife + 2 kids). I received an approval (I 797 A) in September, 2016 for only myself and my wife. My chidren's names are missing from I 797 A.
I brought this to the notice of my company and the immigration team had filed a service request with USCIS for the same, as it was a mistake by USCIS as per them. Until now we have not received any response from USCIS. I have not received an adequate answer from USCIS until now, on calling them directly either.
My questions are:
1. As per my company's Immigration team, this is not something I should worry about, since my petition is approved and if we go back to India, there visa will be stamped based on my approval. Is that correct?
2. Is there stay in US legal (now that they are past the earlier I 94 date?)
3. How do I get this resolved?
Will highly appreciate if someone can help in answering these questions.
