H1 Transfer under PP -Got RFE-??
Hi Everyone,
My situation really bad, kindly guide me, appreciated quick response
I came to USA in Sep-2015 thru company A and petition is valid till Nov-2018 and recently I have transferred my H1B to company B and they have processed under PP and got RFE, So along with client letter & other supporting documents they have responded to USCIS two days back.
Now my file is with USCIS but the problem here is suddenly my project got over due to budget issues.Now am out of that project. Am worried about approval.
what happens if USCIS do verification? what is the next step if my petition is denied? Do I need to leave country if they not approving my petition.
Please let me know guys.
