H4 travel question
I have my current H1b visa validity till Apr 28 2017 and I got my extension from Apr 29 2017 to Apr 28 2020 with same employer
I'm planning to travel to India in March for my marriage, I will apply H4 for my spouse with my new visa dates (Apr 29 2017 to Apr 28 2020).
I'm unable to schedule interview for both of us together as I'm qualified for dropbox and my spouse is not.
If I schedule an interview for my spouse separately, she might get H4 validity from Apr 29 2017 on wards.
Can my spouse travel with me to US sometime in April first week before her H4 start date ?
