Can my wife travel on H4 while H1B is in 221g Administrative processing
Hi, I am a H1b Visa holder who is working in US, my wife has a valid H4 visa and right now living in India. An US employer had filled her H1B and post her interview she has been issued 221G and its pending for past 3 months. Now if she has to travel to US whether the H4 still holds good or does she needs to apply for H4 again since her H1b petition was approved. Please advice
