Applying H4 for my wife just 4 months before my H1B max out date
Hi,
My visa is getting over by end of August this year and planning to initiate a H4 visa for my wife.
Would USCIS approve this H4 for my wife and get her visa stamped as I would have only 4-5 months left over in my current H1?
Please note that validity of current H1 visa (August) is max-out period that i could stay in US.
Any suggestion or advice is highly appreciated.
