H1B new visa

My spouse H1B new visa was given 221 g in Jan 17, 2017 asking for 3 Additional documents by email - Detailed project description (in-house), Tax Returns of 2015 and Lease Agreement of the employer. We have emailed all the 3 documents through attorney and are still waiting for the response from Chennai consulate.

It is more than a month now. Any idea when will we get the response?
And also who will get the email from consulate - attorney or my spouse?

No one can predict how long it will take for the processing to finish.
Typically your spouse would get the email.
