H1B Transfer Need Help--Urgent

Hello,

My project ends on Feb 28th 2017, and my employer says that he would terminate my H1B VISA on March first week.
What are my options now.

My VISA got approved recently OCT 2016
1. Will I go out of status once he terminates my VISA?
2. Should I go back to India even before he starts the process of termination?
3. How does this termination of H1B work?
4. Am I eligible to the new 60 day grace period to find a new Employer and transfer my VISA?

Please let me know my options I am tensed now.

1. The day you stop getting paid you go our of status.
2. I would advise trying to find another employer/sponsor, you may get 60 days grace too, post your last pay day.
3. The employer typically gives the employee the notice period agreed upon in the initial offer letter, and should provide a return ticket back to the home country.They may also send a USCIS a revocation notice.
