  • H-1B Denied. How much would I reimbursed ?

Hello - My Brother filed an H-1B application on April 1 2016 from India and picked up in lottery. Received an RFE and finally unfortunately got rejected.

I know attorney fees would be forfeited. What fees would be reimbursed ? I797 application fees ?
Also is there a way we can receive letter from USCIS that application has been rejected ? just want to make sure the employer is fair.

    thanks

Its illegal to pay for ones own H1. If H1 is not picked up in the lottery , the package is returned back and the check is not encashed.

This is my opinion not legal advice.
