H4 Valid visa and change employer Do need restamp
Hi team,
My wife and daughter is in India and have valid h4 visa till 26 April 17, they are travelling back to USA on 4th April 17. Before they went back to India, I change my employer and also change their I-797 with new employer, Do they need to go for stamping with New Employer, I am still working with that new employer.
as Only 18 days before their Visa expiry they are travelling is it issue, considering current Port of Entry situation what will you recommend.
also my daughter age is 3 year, she may not get Dropbox facility (as she below 14 years) right? so in such short span, can they go for stamping?
all other drop box criteria they satisfy only this I am not sure.
