Hi All,
I need some guidence.
I am planning to go for H1 stamping for me and H4 for my wife and Kid (through company). But her company is processing H1 for the current year.
So we are planning to wait till H1 lottery for her to travel to USA. But i have to travel immediately in next 3-4 weeks (April Mid 2017).
My question is if she got lottery this year and if she is already having H4 stamped (not travelled to USA) will there be any impact on H1 stamping in October 2017?
Can someone please guide me.
