Urgent help needed - LCA and H1B amendment
Hi All,
I am going back to my previous worksite A.
For worksite A: LCA and H1B amendment was filed for this site and approved. Valid till Jan 2018. I worked here for 2 years.
For worksite B: I am working at worksite B for 2 months. LCA certification was done. And H1B amendment was filed and approval is still pending.
Now after 2 months at worksite B, I am going back to work at Worksite A.
Do I need to get LCA certified again?
Do I need to file H1B amendment again?
Please advise.
(There is no change in my employer. Working for same employer at both worksite A and B.)
