Is travelling outside US is allowed while on H4 Receipt Notice?

Hi,

I have a query and need your urgent help. My family is traveling this week. They are on H4 which is still in process.
I heard that travelling outside US is not allowed on H4 Receipt Notice. Is this correct news?
I knew that we cannot travel via Europe countries without valid visa.

How are they planning to re enter without a valid Visa?

Hi Raghvi, We will get the stamping done while coming back. I think it is not a problem to travel to India when H4 is still in process.

In that case no issue. They would need your latest approval notice in order to attend the interview.
