Can I go for stamping before releasing from old company?

Hi All,

I am in India, working with X company in India and I got offer from US company Y in USA. Today, I came to know that my H1B Transfer have been approved. So my questions are

Is stamping required?

Can I go for stamping before releasing Company X and what are the things need to take care during interview?

What are all documents required?
