My husband joined an xx company as corp-corp. He joined in feb 05 but started getting his pay in Aprl 05, since the invoice would get generated in Feb end, and the client would take 30 days for payment. Eventually my husband's payment has a lag of one and half months everytime. This has caused a difference of gross pay that has been mentioned in my husband's W2 and I-129.
He has got a letter from the employer stating that he joined the company in feb05 and started getting paid from April 05, his gross till now is xxx/annum which matched to the I-129.
When I go for H4 visa interview, will the VO suspect that my husband was out of status duing the period of Feb,March. What can I tell the VO? What kind of documents do I require to convince the VO? Since April 05 - March 06 my husband has his paystubs and also bank statements.
What all documents will I need to take to the interview for H4 stamping? Will the consulate also call the employer in case of any query?
