Physically move before getting H1 amendment receipt
I work at location X for a company C.
I am moving internally to a location Y. I have my LCA and they are going to file H1 amendment soon.
Meanwhile, I have booked an apartment in location Y and booked flight tickets. Company has agreed not to give me a start date officially at new location until I get the receipt.
Can I physically move to Y, and work from home until I get receipt?
