I am planning to apply for change of status from F1 (opt stem) to H4 visa. I have question about some a document.
Initially, I came to USA on H4 visa stamped and later changed to F1 visa in USA. After couple of years I was divorced from first marriage legally in USA.
Last year , I got remarried in USA and have marriage certificate. Whereas, my husband is also legally divorced from his first marriage.
1. Should I submit my divorce papers along with other documents. As my passport has h4 visa stamping based on ex -husband?
2. Should I submit my husband divorce papers of first marriage along with other documents?
